Wooden 9 x 12-inch plaque from Los Campeones Reales Del Mundo presented to Mayor O'Connor for her support to the San Diego Arts Festival, Treasures of the Soviet Union, a 3-week event held in October 1989. The organization travels the world as ambassadors of peace and goodwill and recognized the Mayor for her efforts in search of peace among nations. This was signed and presented by Ofelia O. Nunez and J. Rogelio Nunez Chain, Directors, in January 1990.
