RCMP - GRC (Royal Canadian Mounted Police - Gendarmerie royale du Canada) pen and pencil set in a 6-1/2 x 2-inch wooden box. The RCMP are known as the Mounties, and serve as both a federal and a national police force of Canada. This was given to the Mayor during a reception by a representative of the RCMP - GRC.
