This was presented to the Mayor by a Bio Beach Alliance Delegation from France, who were in San Diego attending the 2014 BIO International Convention June 23-26. French Bio Beach is a San Diego based organization aimed at promoting scientific exchange, networking and partnering between Southern California and European Life Science communities with a focus on France.
