White silk banner with gold fringe, 11 x 14 inches, with a circular embroidered emblem in the center. It has two concentric circles, inner one has a scene of a ship in water and Mt. Fuji in the background, and the outer circle reads 'NIPPON, YOKOHAMA'. Under the emblem, in gold lettering, reads 'City of Yokohama, 1987'.
