Silver medallion, 2 inches in diameter, with a design of a Japanese style house next to a bridge on one side and an image of Mt Fuji on the other. It is stored in a blue velvet box with the same image of Mt. Fuji on the inside cover and 'Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly' written in both Japanese and English. This was donated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
