Letter to Mayor O'Connor from Harri Lumi, Mayor of Tallinn, Estonia, expressing wishes to San Diego citizens for success and happiness, and his hope for further possibilities to strengthen the relationship between the cities. This was given to the Mayor by representatives of the Estonian Association of Friendship and Relations with Foreign Countries during an occasion of their visit to San Diego in August 1988.
