Letter dated 3/15/1989 addressed to Mayor O'Connor and signed by 20 students in Kay Wagner's fourth grade class at Francis W. Parker School. This was a cover letter, presenting their school's version of the Russian Faberge Egg, and stating they looked forward to viewing the 'real' Faberge Eggs at the Soviet Arts Festival. 'Treasures of the Soviet Union' was a three-week arts festival held in 1989. (The Faberge Egg is not included in artifacts.)
