Framed appreciation, 13 x 16 inches, written in both Japanese and English, on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between Japan and the United States, presented to Mayor Sanders for 'invaluable contributions in supporting this celebration and hopes for deepening further the friendship'. This was presented to the Mayor by Junichi Ihara, Consul General of Japan in Los Angeles , on June 26, 2010.
