9-1/2 inch glass bowl mounted on a 6-inch square marble base etched with a key and reads 'Mayor Jerry Sanders'. The bowl is etched with 'HMA HSMAI Gold Key Award For Outstanding Contributions to the Hospitality Industry, 2008'. This was presented to Mayor Sanders by the San Diego chapter of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International at the 29th Annual HMA / HSMAI Gold Key Awards held on February 28, 2008, at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina.
