Wooden plaque, with brass-like metal on the face. It is 7 inches in diameter. On the face it has a design of a key, 2 flowers on either side of the key and a 2 story building. Inscribed: AVISO ESCORTEUR, ENSEIGNE DE VAISSEAU HENRY, which translates to Aviso-escort sub-lieutenant Henry. This was the last of the series of the frigate dragueurs, launched on 14 December 1963. It entered service on January 1, 1965. Donor's name and occasion information were not provided to the City Clerk's office.
