Paper fan from Korea that measures 12 inches long and 1.5 inches wide when it is closed and 20 inches when opened. It came with a wooden storage box with Korean writing. This was given to Mayor Golding by Mayor Myung Kun Cho of Jeonju, Korea. Jeonju, Republic of Korea, has been a San Diego Sister City since 1982.
