Paper scroll measuring 33 x 16-1/2 inches to commemorate the First International Dragon Boat Races held in San Diego on October 30, 1983. Presented by the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board and Singapore Airlines. They also donated 3 Dragon Boats designed and built in Singapore to the people of San Diego and the Dragon Boat Racers 'who will carry with them the spirit of Singapore when they compete in these boats'.
