Both are on an 8 x 10-inch board trimmed with the colors of Mexico's flag. Donated by Commissioner Ardelio Vargas Fosado, SEGOB, and the National Institute of Migration during the 4-day annual California-Mexico Trade Initiative in Mexico City which Mayor Faulconer and other leaders attended to promote binational trade.
