Cookbook titled Cathlyn's Korean Kitchen. The Foreward was written by Jong Taek Lim, President, World Federation of Korean Food Globalization. This was presented by television chef and author Cathlyn Choi. In honor of Kevin Faulconer's first anniversary as mayor, One San Diego hosted the inaugural 'One San Diego's Neighborhood Experience'. The event was a fundraiser for One San Diego, a nonprofit formed by the mayor to promote opportunity and inclusion throughout San Diego's diverse neighborhoods.
