Wooden, 16 x 14 inch shield-shaped plaque with emblems of five Canadian regions / communities: Qu' Appelle, Mackenzie, Yukon, St. Croix, and Saskatchewan. A 2 x 4 inch plate in the center is inscribed with: Presented by the Commander, Second Canadian Escort Squadron, 1969. This was presented during the Canadian Escort's visit to San Diego's Broadway Pier in 1969.
