This was donated by Hector Riveros Moreno, Chairman of the Committee on Economic Development, Tijuana, during the Mayor's visit on March 7, 2014, where he met with Tijuana Mayor Jorge Astiazaran Orci, members of the Tijuana City Council, the Tijuana Economic Development Corporation and key business leaders. Tijuana has been a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
