Book titled 'Tijuana in History', subtitled 'Crossing the Border', written by historians David Pinera and Gabriel Rivera, published in 2013 by the National Council for Culture and the Arts, Tijuana. It is an historical text of the City of Tijuana. This was donated by the Tijuana City Council during a meeting with the Mayor of Tijuana and Sergio Alcocer, Mexican Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for North America, on March 11, 2014. Tijuana has been a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
