Wooden plaque, 15 x 12, with a 10-inch tall replica of Agua Caliente Tower, an historic entertainment center in Tijuana, Baja California. This was presented to Mayor Maureen O'Connor by the Committee of Tourism and Conventions of Tijuana in 1988 for her support of binational events. Tijuana became a San Diego Sister City in 1993.
