Happy February! The year is speeding along and we start the month with the Land Use and Housing Committee Meeting.  Committee members will consider the sale of City-owned property on Lusk Blvd. in Sorrento Mesa.

Item 1 - Sale of City-owned property on Lusk Blvd in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego (APN 340-090-27) to LS Lusk Land, LLC – This item would authorize the sale of approximately 8.18 acres of City-owned real property (Assessor’s Parcel Number 340-090-27), to LS Lusk Land, LLC, for $1,000,000 and pay from that amount a $50,000 flat fee to Cushman and Wakefield of San Diego, Inc. for its services in marketing the Property.  It would also declare that the sale of City-owned property is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15312 (Surplus Government Property Sales).
