The City of San Diego conducts surveys for both residential and commercial properties to determine how water is being used and to make recommendations on how to save water and use water more efficiently.
These surveys can provide helpful guidance and information to make sure water is not being wasted on your property.
Submit a Request for a Water Survey
You will need to provide the following information:
- Account number
- Service address
- Account holder name
- Phone number
- Email address

If you prefer, you can request a water survey by phone. NOTE: You may experience longer than normal hold times due to staffing shortages.
