Councilmember Jennifer Campbell (District 2)

FY25 Community Projects, Programs, and Services (CPPS) Application Process

Funding for the City's Community Projects, Programs, and Services (CPPS) funding program has been renewed for Fiscal Year 2025. Funding is awarded by the City Council Offices to nonprofit organizations and public agencies for community, social, environmental, cultural, and recreational needs that serve lawful public purposes.

CPPS application schedule

CPPS funding is available to tax exempt or non-profit organizations and public agencies for projects, programs, or services that serve a lawful purpose to benefit the City's neighborhoods and communities. This year, CPPS funds will be awarded as grants rather than reimbursements. The CPPS funding application will be open from July 8, 2024 through August 9, 2024. Eligible uses of CPPS funds for non-profits and public agencies include:

  • Performing capital improvements on private property.
  • The purchase of equipment, materials, goods, supplies, technology, or educational services.
  • The staging of social, environmental, educational, cultural, or recreational community programming or events.
  • The purchase of food or beverages only if they are provided to individuals or families in need.
  • The payment of ongoing operational expenses.

Please visit the CPPS website for more information, or to apply for CPPS funding.
