Program Coordinator

Chelsey Lindo joined the Performance & Analytics Department in September 2022 as a Program Coordinator for the Technology & Innovation team.

She previously oversaw the Street Division Geographic Information System (GIS)/Assets Section as a GIS Analyst in the Transportation Department, where she was recognized as Employee of the Quarter in December of 2021. Prior to joining the City, Chelsey spent several years in the private sector working for engineering and technology companies. Her former roles include GIS Technician at Apple Maps and GIS Engineer for an engineering consulting company, where she was responsible for GIS administration and database management for an enterprise application.

Chelsey integrates her technical skill sets with a customer-focused mindset in her dedication to serving the City of San Diego. She is focused on implementing innovative solutions to improve delivery of City services to the community. Chelsey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Recently, Chelsey has been binge-watching NCIS in her free time and is considering her next criminal investigation drama series - let her know if you have suggestions!
