Tristan Lewis
Program Coordinator
Tristan Lewis is a Program Coordinator who joined the Performance & Analytics Department in March 2019.
Prior to coming to the City of San Diego, Tristan served for seven years in the Monitoring and Evaluation Division of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a U.S. federal agency. As an M&E Officer, Tristan developed and led the learning agendas for multi-year economic growth programs in Tanzania, Mozambique and Sri Lanka. In addition to MCC, Tristan has worked with Causal Design to develop an M&E training program and conduct economic research; with USAID in Mozambique to identify gaps in M&E knowledge among Mission staff; and with the World Bank Service Delivery Indicator team to analyze trends in primary school service delivery in Tanzania.
In 2016, Tristan received an MA degree in International Development Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations, with a minor in economics, from the University of California, Davis in 2011. Tristan is an endurance athlete who enjoys introducing new runners to trail and ultrarunning.
