Location: The event space will consist of two locations on public streets - 30th Street & 31st Street from the south side of Commercial to the alleyway. Both streets will be blocked off from Commercial Street to Webster with a guard allowing for local traffic only at Webster. Fencing and/or barricade will prevent vehicles from proceeding past the alleyway at both locations.

The south curb lane of Commercial Street between 32nd and 30th will be utilized for pedestrian foot traffic. Crowd control barricade will be placed along the entire walking path to ensure safety for pedestrians. Guards will be posted at key locations to monitor guests and the walk path.
