Location: We’d like a carnival fair atmosphere on the lower field at the rec center
We'd like the lot closed off for fire truck, police car, Paramedics vehicle, High end cars on display for the kids.
we'd like 4 car lengths of no parking on street for loading/unloading zone for venders and ride share location to start after the red zone on each side of driveway entrance east and west on north side of street totaling 8 street parking spots
we have to relocate 2 BLUE zone spots to the street as well and mark it which is an additional 2 spots
totaling 10 spots on street
We have a neighborhood band to play music stationed kitty corner @ the southeast corner of field for noise abatement discussed with Rec Center Manager as best location.
Asking the Aztecs to send Cheer Leaders and Mascot
Asking the SD Chicken, SD Padres, the Oscar Myer Weiner mobile, other Character's to appear
Stilt Walker, Clown, vender booths, food booths, kids carnival game booths stationed in middle of field and out ward not along fencing
