The Clerk's Historical Official City Documents include Minutes, Ordinances, and Resolutions from 1817-1970. These City Clerk Official Records are the basic building blocks of our City government. These records document official actions of elected representatives--council, boards, trustees, delegates and aldermen.  The records are created and managed by the appointed City Clerk.
