Fox to (1) convert exist two car gar to den, utility room and maid's room and to provide two- 8 ft. x 20 ft. parking spaces obs O' st. side yd where min St ft. x 20 ft. spues are perm and 10 ft. street side yd is req on Camino Del Oro; (2) erect 70 ft. of 6 ft. high wolid wood fence on top of existing retaining wall; overall height will range from 6 ft. to 9 ft.where max 3 ft. high fence or wall is perm and (3) extend eave to 5 ft. from property line where max 4 ft. eave projection is perm at 8416 Camino Del Oro, Northwest cor of Paseo del Ocaso, Zone R-1-5 and has made the following decision: (1) DENIED as req, but APPROVED conversion of a por of the exist gar. to utility area, den and three-fourths bath, with the provision that two park- ing spaces, at least 8'6" x 20', shall be provided obs 2 ft. from the prop line, and that wheelstops shall be installed to permit a standard car to pull forward into the parking spaces; (2) DENIED as req, but APPROVED erection of fence as shown on revised plans, to be identified as Exhibit "A" which shall be submitted to and be approved by the Z.A. prior to the iss- uanae of any Bldg. Perm.it; (3) AMENDED to permit eaves to obs 2 ft. SB from the peroperty line, as shown on revised plans, Exhibit "C"- Cond'l.
