Redwood Village, formerly known as Darnall, is a College-area community and was one of the early suburbs in San Diego that was established along the west-to-east main corridors before the construction of Interstate 8. 

It is bordered by University Avenue to the north, College Avenue to the east, Streamview Drive to the south, and 54th Street to the west.

Redwood Village Community Council

Redwood Village Community Council and Rolando Park Community Council meet jointly on the second Monday of each month except July and August, in person at Rolando Park Elementary, 6620 Marlowe Dr. and via Zoom.
