Naila is a recent graduate from San Diego State University's School of Public Affairs, where she obtained her Master in Public Administration and a B.A. in Latin American Studies with a minor in Political Science. Naila was born and raised in Los Angeles but spent vacations visiting family here in San Diego. She loves to serve her community and is passionate about environmental justice, housing policy, and education policy. In her free time, she enjoys dedicating her time to photography, supporting small businesses, and uplifting her Salvadoran community.
