Wooden artwork measuring 5-1/2 x 10 inches. It depicts a Quinkan, which is an aboriginal spirit. A pattern of dots line the outside edge of the wood with the colors in the sequence of red, white, and black. This was donated by the French Consul; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
