Plaque, 9-1/2 x 12 inches, with the Coat of Arms of Tijuana, which includes symbols of justice and the words 'Tijuana, Aqui Empieza la Patria' circling 'Justicia Social' which translates to 'Tijuana, Here Starts the Nation' and 'Social Justice'. This was donated by the Mayor of Tijuana. Tijuana, Mexico, became a San Diego Sister City in 1993.
