Wooden plaque from Taichung City Council, 4-1/2 x 6-3/4 inches, with a silver plate that reads in both Taiwanese and English: 'With the compliments of Speaker Lin Jen-Te, Vice Speaker Chang Kuang-Yi, Taichung City Council, Taiwan, Republic of China'. Taichung became a San Diego Sister City in 1983. Donated by Taichung City Council.
