Three plastic Soviet ship steering wheels, gold colored with the Coat of Arms of Vladivostock, Russia, in the center which features the Siberian tiger. They measure 8-1/4 inches in diameter. These were donated by the City of Vladivostock, Russia, a San Diego Sister City since 1991.
