Wooden base with a spoke of a ship's wheel, 12 inches tall. The plate reads 'The Rotary Club of San Diego, Nautical Clock Dedication, November 6, 1986, Maureen O'Connor, Mayor of San Diego'. The clock is at the B Street Pier, Cruise Ship Terminal. Designed and built in 1986 by NAWCC member Wilbur 'Bill' Wemer, it was presented to the city and Port District to commemorate the Rotary's 75th anniversary.
