Diploma of Recognition enclosed in a 13 x 16-inch glass plaque, given for 'Outstanding Support in the Development of a BiNational Relationship of the Megaregion Tijuana - San Diego'. It was signed by Miguel Angel Badiola Montano, President, Tijuana Convention and Vistors Bureau. This was presented to the Mayor at a BiNational event on August 1, 2015. Tijuana has been a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
