Wooden 14 x 20-inch plaque commemorating the 21st international crossing of the Ecuadorian training ship Guayas in August 2002. As an ambassador of its country, the Guayas is a participant in tall ship regattas. Presented to the City of San Diego by Captain Jose Olmedo Moran of the Ecuadorian Navy.
