Book titled 'Vladivostok' published in 1999. Alexander Popov's album was the second in a series of souvenir photo-albums dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Vladivostok, Russia. The series was started by Sergey Kiryanov. It was a joint effort by the journal 'Russian Island' and the publishing complex and contained several albums, both individual and thematic, that reflected various aspects of the city. This was donated by the City of Vladivostok, Russia, a San Diego Sister City since 1991.
