This was presented by Ms. Cal Matsuo, Assistant Director of Lalique Boutique, Costa Mesa, Califiornia, at the San Diego-Yokohama Sister City Reception on April 20, 2002, to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the Yokohama - San Diego Sister City Agreement.
