Wooden plaque, 12 x 9 inches, presented to Mayor Maureen O'Connor in appreciation for her service to the Korean Community and the first Korean-American Festival held on November 20, 1992. This was presented by Ri Seang Son, President of the Korean Association of San Diego, Kyu Man Hwang, Chairman of the San Diego Korean-American Festival Committee, and Young Sup Lee, President of the Korea Central Newspaper.
