This was presented by the LGBT Community at the fourth annual Harvey Milk Diversity Breakfast on May 25, 2012. The annual breakfast brings together a rainbow collection of San Diegans who support equality and justice in celebration of the life and work of LGBT civil-rights icon Harvey Milk.
