The Gulf War, Aug 1990 - Feb 1991, code-named Operation Desert Storm, was waged by 34 nations led by the U.S. against Iraq in response to Iraq's invasion and annexation of Kuwait. These were donated by Frank Portusach, Mayor of the District of Agana Heights, Guam.
