These were received in the mail for Mayor Sanders from Kurt Honold, BBG Communications, Inc., part of a group of companies that have focused on the telecommunications sector in Mexico since 1997. Kurt Honold was the substitute municipal president of Tijuana from February 2007 to November 2007, a San Diego Sister City.
