Wooden desk box, 9 x 7 x 3 inches. Affixed to the top is a ceramic tile with a scene at the East Front of the U.S. Capitol Building in 1874 when it was first designed. A small brochure is inside the box with the history of the building and grounds. This is from the United States Senate Gift Shop and was presented to Mayor Sanders by Senator Dianne Feinstein while he was in Washington on February 12, 2012.
