Cookbook titled 'Beyond Milk and Honey'. It contains a collection of traditional Israeli recipes. The Israeli kitchen is home to the multitude of foods and recipes which have accompanied the Jewish people's return to the 'Land of Milk and Honey'. The cookbook was published in 1994 by the Foreign Ministry of Israel and distributed by the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C. This was sent to Mayor Golding by Uri Oren, the Consul General of Israel in Los Angeles, to commemorate Jewish New Year 5755.
