City Seal of Dong Nai Province, 4-1/2-inch diameter, mounted on a 6 x 3-inch wooden block base with a plate that reads 'Tinh Dong Nai, Tang on one side and 'Dong Nai Province Souvenir' on the other. Dong Nai is one of Vietnam's most populous provinces, located in the Southeast region of Vietnam. This was donated by Vice Chairman Phan Thi My Thanh, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, during a Vietnamese Delegation Meeting with the City of San Diego's Economic Development Division.
