Book titled 'Tijuana Siglo XXI' by Sergio Amaya Brondo. It contains photographs to illustrate the strength of the infrastructure, and includes text in Spanish and English to explain the origin of each image - why there is a building, a monument, a street, a colony. The author is an engineer who studied at the College of Agriculture of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. The photographs were taken by Cesar Chavez and Jorge Francisco Sanchez. This was donated by the City of Tijuana, a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
