This festival is held annually on July 4th, with events occurring throughout the day in Webb Park and other venues in the Rancho Bernardo area. Starting at 9:00 am, we have a Community Fair with booths for organizations, vendors and artists. The Fair also has a Patriotic Pet Contest, Quilt Show, Motor Show and a Veterans Memorial Ceremony. At 3:30 pm we have a parade with about 100 entries. We conclude with live music and fireworks at Rancho Bernardo High School; gates open at 6:00 pm.
