Local 5K run / walk is support of local Stroke Survivors. It's a fan run so your time isn't important as there are no losers in this event. Enjoy joining other supporters exercise and show your enthusiasm for other supporters of Stroke Survivors. There is a get together afterwards in the park with food and refreshments with a band to keep everyone entertained.
