So Sarap! Philippine Festival is a family friendly destination event reflecting the diversity and hospitality of the Philippines and our San Diego Filipino American community . This year’s event takes place during Filipino American History Month on Saturday, October 14 from 10:00AM to 8:00PM at Waterfront Park, 1600 Pacific Highway, San Diego CA 92101
Location: County of San Diego Waterfront Park. Reservation for Civic Green 1,2,3, and West Plaza (Water Fountain). Use of Right-of-Way boundaries along this property line from W. Grape Street south to West Plaza. Closure/use of Frontage Rd between W. Hawthorne St and W. Grape St is also being requested
