The Monarch Metamorphosis Art Exhibition will celebrate local artists and their stories of change, growth and resilience. Throughout a three-day salon series, Monarch’s Chrysalis Center for the Arts will showcase paintings, photography, fiber arts, and sculptures that represent self-growth and determination of our students. Alongside these students’ works, local artists will be invited to share their ideas and personal narratives through art. Monarch students and local artists will also work together to create beautiful collaborative works of art. Works created for the exhibition will be on view on May 11th, and will be auctioned off through an opportunity drawing on May 13th. All proceeds support Monarch’s Creative Youth Development programs.
